Delivery Questions:

Your order was received, and will be processed once we receive the payment notification from Payfast.

Yes we do on special request, kindly email us the items you would like to order and the full address for delivery so that we provide a quote.
Please note that the overnight parcels leave the office before 11am.
Yes you can use your own courier, kindly choose “own courier” when completing your order and we will contact you once we are done processing your order.

You can collect your order from our head office located in Woodstock, and it is ready for collection on the same day the payment reflects in our bank account.

Delivery to shops usually takes 5 to 7 working days ☹

Returns Questions:

If you are for any reason dissatisfied with any item purchased online, you may return it to SKA Clothing head office (23 Dickson Street, Woodstock, 7915, Cape Town, South Africa) within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, replacement or exchange, provided you have the original tax invoice, and it is in a saleable condition. Please note that items purchased on our sale are subject to a separate returns policy. Should you not have an invoice, we will be happy to exchange your purchase at the current system price.

The following items may not be returned: Underwear, face masks and neck warmers, socks, bra tops.

Buying of Stock:

SKA items are unique, what you see online may vary in colors, prints from what you see in the shops. But you can find a similar or exact one in one of the Ska stores
The probability we get more stock is high but kindly email us what you want so that we check first if one of our stores has it.
Yes you can buy anything you see available (with stock) on our website from our head office. Card or cash payment are welcome.
Most of our items are standard sizes, and mostly fit sizes 30-34. But for a specific concern, kindly email us for guidance.
