Wool Care Instructions

How to Hand Wash Wool Hoodies

    1. Fill a tub with clean lukewarm or cold water
    2. Add a gentle wool detergent
    3. Soak the garment for 10 minutes
    4. Rinse thoroughly in lukewarm water
    5. Rinse again in cold water
    6. Gently press out excess water
    7. Lay flat to dry naturally

How to dry wool sweaters

  1. Knitwear – such as sweaters – should be flat-dried in the shade.
  2. Wovenwear – such as jackets and suits – can be hung on hangers, but again should be dried out of direct sunlight.

Our shipping policy is as follows:
To be delivered within the Cape Town CBD, including Campsbay, Muizenberg, Blouberg and Stellenbosch will take 1-2 working days.
To be delivered to any major national centers will take 2-4 working days.
To any non-major centers or rural areas will take 3-5 working days.
Please be sure to give us an accurate address and correct mobile no. of the person who will be available to receive the parcel.
Please note there will be no deliveries on weekends or public holidays.

Returns Information

Our return policy is as follows:
If you are for any reason dissatisfied with any item purchased online, you may return it to SKA Clothing head office (23 Dickson Street, Woodstock, 7915, Cape Town, South Africa) within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, replacement or exchange, provided you have the original tax invoice, and it is in a saleable condition. Please note that items purchased on our sale are subject to a separate returns policy. Should you not have an invoice, we will be happy to exchange your purchase at the current system price.
